Bill Murphy – Owner: Bill has been in the IT Industry for over 15 years. He started off as a Help Desk Technician for Quinnipiac University and went on to manage that Help Desk for 10 years. He then made the move to Austin with his wife and took a job as a Software Trainer. He wanted to continue to support people with their computer issues and so he started echtek to provide excellent IT Support and customer service to the Greater Austin Area.
