Echtek, LLC started supporting clients in 2013 in Southern Connecticut. In 2019, the business moved to Austin, TX. Over all that time, Echtek has been devoted to providing excellent customer service and pride ourselves on treating everyone like family. We will not only solve your problem but also teach you how to prevent the same type of issue in the future. If we can’t solve the issue we will put you in touch with someone who can!
Bill Murphy – Owner: Bill has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years. He started off as a Help Desk Technician for Quinnipiac University and went on to manage that Help Desk for 10 years. He then made the move to Austin with his wife and took a job as a Software Trainer. He wanted to continue to support people with their computer issues and so he moved Echtek to provide excellent IT Support and customer service to the Greater Austin Area. Bill currently manages operations for technology support for a school at the University of Texas at Austin.
